THS Software
The THS software suite incorporates 4 main products:
- Dashboard
- Recalls System
- Tests Due Pop-up
- Templates and Decision Support Programs
These are designed to work together and alongside practice processes for maximal efficiency.
Dashboard
The Dashboard tool provides a way of extracting population health statistics from the patient record against which a practice can monitor performance against a range of health metrics:
- Quality of care as aligned to NICE and other key Guidelines
- Achievement of metrics that are attached to financial payments (QOF /IIF /etc)
- Monitoring of high risk drugs and things the CQC are interested in monitoring
Recall System
Traditional recall systems have significant challenges and often require a lot of administration.
Our recall system is based on data and need.
It seeks to replace your traditional recall processes and should offer more complete recall, be easier to administrate /manage and save your admin teams time.
Tests Due Pop-up
This system works closely with the recall system.
When patients arrive for a nurse or HCA appointment it advises them on which test are due.
Templates and Decision Support Prompts
These are targeted at clinical staff managing LTCs. Templates provide a way of collating all the relevant information in one place to enable a comprehensive review. These templates draw in relevant letters, codes, medicines, previous notes and also reference guidelines and provide decision support prompts.
THS also employs “pop ups” to help drive clinical processes to improve performance /adherence to guidelines and QOF.
